The HL9404 offers exceptional amplitude and phase match up, 40 GHz bandwidth (-3 dB) and the best price-for-performance in the industry.

This ROHS-compliant product is optimized for use in high-speed analog-to-digital conversion, differential signal generation, harmonic distortion minimization, and pulse inversion.

For higher performance applications, the HL9407 offers 67 GHz bandwidth, the HL9405 offers 50 GHz bandwidth and the HL9402 offers 20 GHz bandwidth. A 20 GHz PCB-mountable version is available as the HL9403.

NOTE #1: If the DC voltage of the input or output is not zero, DC block capacitors are required.

NOTE #2: To achieve maximum amplitude match to 40 GHz, our baluns are designed to require a pair of highly-accurate (<1 %) 50 ohm terminations.
