New for Q2 2023, the HL5897 Linear Amplifier offers 63 GHz of bandwidth and is ideal for use as a data driver in 112 Gbps PAM4 and similar applications.
The HL5887 Linear Amplifier offers 40 GHz of bandwidth and a 16 dB max output signal. It is thermally compensated and ideal for use in application such as 64 Gbps PAM4 signaling.
The HL5867 Linear Amplifier is optimized either for group delay and phase linearity (opt. -GD) or driving data (opt. -DD) and is thermally compensated from 0-60° C.
The HL5877 Limiting Amplifier offers a second stage and pins to control for crossing point (XP) and amplitude.
